You’re a rational, reasonable human being who is alive in the 21st Century!
Why would you believe in an antiquated idea about a place you go to when you die, when you’re not even sure you can go anyplace after you die, because there is no more you in the first place!

The church ain’t what it used to be.
Religiosity remains high in the United States and around the world, but the trend is toward a non-religiously aligned spirituality that takes ideas and practices from different traditions to create a hodge-podge, highly-individualized practice. By the way, there’s usually no Hell involved in these types of spiritual practice. More people believe that religion harms people more than it helps them and that it is also responsible for most of the pain and despair in the world today.
Let’s not talk about the past …
